Guest Lecture at the Halkbank Library

Today we had the honor of hosting Dora Popova Uzunovski (Psychologist, Psychotherapist, PhD Candidate, Career Counsellor, and Assistant at MIT University Skopje), who delivered a compelling lecture titled “Therapists as Influencers: Ethical Collapse or Evolution?”

The lecture sparked meaningful discussion on whether the growing presence of therapists in the digital space represents a positive evolution in accessibility and awareness, or raises concerns about ethics, boundaries, and professional integrity.

 

As we approach Mental Health Awareness Month, the session highlighted the importance of self-care, building strong support systems, and the role of education in promoting mental well-being.
