📚 The 55th Regular Annual Assembly of the Library Association of Macedonia was held

On February 24, 2026, the regular annual assembly of the Library Association of Macedonia was held at the Conference and Study Center of the National and University Library “St. Kliment Ohridski” – Skopje.

In the working part of the Assembly, the following were reviewed and unanimously adopted:
– The minutes of the 54th Assembly,
– The Annual Report on the Association’s work,
– The Annual Financial Report,
– The Final Account,
– As well as the Annual Work Plan and Financial Plan of the Library Association of Macedonia for 2026.

🔹 The following committees were elected:
📌 “Young Librarians” Committee

📌 “Library of the Year” Committee

📌 Committee for awarding the “Klimentova Povelba” for lifetime achievement

At the same time, changes were made in certain bodies of the Library Association of Macedonia due to the termination of membership of some former members.

Our librarian, Andrijana Videska, was elected as a delegate of higher education libraries in Macedonia.
